Kids

from Digital Age by Dad Rocks!

/

lyrics

Kids today are immature and rely heavily on internet tools. Such as wikipedia. They don't buy books, they don't care.

And with swollen eyes they cry their sadful life to sleep. And with swollen pride their parents they are just as cheap.

These words are hardcore, I better say no more.

We're at the last stop, and your heart is not in it. We know that you are not what you used to be.

Birds with bare bones remind me of home.
Birds with war tones all decompose.

It's better to get the sitter to yell at the kids, and it's easier for parents to say the least.
Some people in their forties are unable to ask themselves 'have I become an unspeakable parent, or am I afraid to talk with my kids?'
